Ok, so as far as customer service goes, they have one or maybe two actual good associates. If you come in, ask for Austin. He's a bit younger than the rest but he doesn't treat people like they're idiots. My experience with this place is that they treat you like you like you're stupid and they want you to get in and get out. I watched as an older women came in with an atomizer problem complaining that it tasted burnt and she had just bought the product that day. The associate at the time was really insulting saying it’s because she (in a nut shell), didn't know what she was doing and didn't prime the equipment correctly. He then went on to bash on the associate who sold the atomizer because he didn't explain things right to the customer.

I really couldn't believe what I was seeing. What kind of place has people with such customer service? I mean, the older lady who was the customer wasn't even real upset. She was just curious and wanted to know what it was that was wrong. I later found out that this guy was one of the three or four managers they keep on staff. Really, it’s unbelievable.

As for the products, most aren't bad. I wish they sold more but it’s not bad considering its one of the few shops within driving distance of my area. But once again, is it worth going through the insulting displeasure of being inside the store?

I have several friends who vape and have been into Zikwid. They all have left with the same bad, sour taste in their mouths from service this place offers. If the owner of this establishment see's this review, please, PLEASE consider replacing a majority of your staff. I can honestly say Zikwid has lost my and my friends business just based off of the service. It’s a shame that we are forced to shop online just because of your employees bad attitudes and rudeness to their customers.

As an ex-tobacco user who now vapes an e-cig, my biggest complaint about making the switch was that there wasn't anyplace local to get supplies. Zikwid has changed that, and in grand style. From starter kits to big battery mods to a wide assortment of juices from different manufacturers (including themselves), Zikwid is truly a full-service shop. The people there are passionate about vaping and eagerly educate new vapers, helping them to avoid the pitfalls so many of us have had getting to our perfect devices. They also have a full-sized pool table there, Rock Band on the bigscreen, and couches and tables all over to make it not just a store, but a hangout destination. A fantastic retail concept, executed well. Great place!
