Roberto Paciullo picked the Flatiron to open an outpost of his beloved Arthur Avenue Italian trattoria. He specializes in Salerno-style pizza, which is a bit thinner in the middle and a touch crispier than Neapolitan versions. The Margarita is a classic, but do check out the La Riccardo, slathered with butternut squash puree, smoked mozzarella, and pancetta.
