Even the ATM machine in this stylish cafe has been aestheticized; it sits cuddled inside a custom-made warm wood shell because, c'mon, an everyday dull gray cash machine would clash garishly with the art on display. But Zeitgeist is utilitarian and laid-back, too. Sandwiches are served cold or hot-pressed, and they're served with not even a hint of snobbery. Bring your laptop or a book, or just people watch for a while; almost everybody looks good here.
