For decades, Zaidy's has been the most authentic deli in Denver. The setting is comfortable and collegial; the service friendly, patient, slightly flustered. This is just the spot to settle in behind a big plate of potato latkes or a bagel with Nova lox and capers or a knish (or all of that, and more) and a pot of coffee and get down to the very serious business of eating breakfast.
