Though the menu is tiny--barely a dozen items--the food reflects laser-like focus. Dumplings and arrowroot noodles are precise and well-seasoned; marinated beef ribs are rich and dribbling with juices. Kimchee is killer. Plus, the huge flat screen in the front of the dining room broadcasts Korean dating game shows; at least we think that's what they are.

You-Chun is small and simple. Proof: A water cooler with hot and cold spouts dispenses water and tea. The menu is brief.
