Walls are lined with shelves of wines, Italian olive oils, and books. First, pick the type of pasta you'd like: linguine, capellini, gnocchi, spaghetti, penne, or rigatoni. Next, select from 16 sauces such as carbonara ($11), alfredo ($10), arrabiata ($9), pomodoro ($8), and gamberi-asparagi (shrimp, cherry tomatoes, and asparagus, $13). Last, choose from optional add-ons: shrimp ($4), meatballs ($3), broccoli ($2), mozzarella ($2), and chicken ($2). Sound gimmicky? Don't let that deter you. Meals start with homemade flatbreads and tasty foccacia, perfect for dipping in olive oil.
