CLOSED At a drab alley storefront near the Hall of Justice, Yellow Pa Taut serves authentic, heady Burmese cuisine. The tar-black goat curry; oily, sharply perfumed garlic noodles; flaky paratha bread; and crunchy tea-leaf salads draw curious diners from around the city. There is no alcohol and the decor is plain, but the consistently delicious food and low prices ensure no one sweats the small stuff, just the curry.
