Yanni's is a tidy blue-and-white restaurant in Phinney Ridge with many great versions of Greek favorites. The baked feta dish, rich with red onions, olives, and tomatoes and served with warm pita, is a perfect snack; keftedes, or Greek meatballs, are just right; spanakopita will fix any Popeye types; and the chicken saganaki is enough for two. And, of course, there are good gyros. Attention to fresh ingredients and old-world preparations takes precedent over the clock's second hand—some things are worth the wait.
