Named after their hometown in China, five brothers collaborated to open Chinese restaurant Yang Chow in 1977. House specials include sizzling plates of chicken, beef and fish, sauteed clams, slippery shrimp and lemon scallops. And Yang Chow is possibly the only place in Los Angeles with $.75 cent valet parking.

    even though i really hate chinese food, i must admit, Yang Chow is delicious... if you're in the mood for chinese, order one of everything and call it a day.
