Description

Xanh (pronounced "sahn") is the place to bring a newcomer to Vietnamese cuisine. Chef Haley Nguyen's updated, modern dishes are accessible and delicious. The service is up to Western standards, the menu and staff are fluent in English, and the restaurant's upscale interior belies its Fountain Valley strip-mall location. Especially good are the grilled pork and crispy rice, fish in clay pot, filet mignon with yam fries (bo luc lac), banana blossom salad, grilled ginger chicken, and the homemade desserts
