Description

The Williamsburg Bridge is often referred to as "an engineeras bridge," which is really not the concern here. The Williamsburg Bridge dumps unsuspecting innocents deep into the heart of hipsterville, as Williamsburg is the new Lower East Side, which was the new East Village. Thatas not to say that the bridge does not offer its own spectacular views of midtown and the Upper East Side, neither of which can be seen from the Brooklyn Bridge or the Manhattan Bridge. Manhattan Entrance: Median of Delancey Street at Clinton Street Brooklyn Entrance: There are two entrances in Brooklyn: 1) Corner of South 5th Street & South 5th Place (South 5th Place is between Driggs Avenue and Roebling Street). 2) Bedford Avenue between South 5th and South 6th Streets.

The Manhattan Bridge is more efficient, but it's lonely and also noisy, thanks to the constant blasting sound of the Q train that chugs along nearby. The George Washington Bridge, also efficient,...
