Description

When Whiskey Creek was remade by the Food Network for an episode of Restaurant: Impossible, its owners were advised to ax the house band of octogenerian jazz musicians. They did so without remorse. The makeover team also freshened up the decor and trimmed the menu by half, leaving behind a set of well-grilled steaks, salty fries (the sea salt was the Food Network's idea) and a wedge salad. Business has doubled since the Food Network left, so a reservation doesn't hurt.
