The hottest new food truck roaming the streets of Seattle, this meals-on-wheels operation has true Southern cred. Owner Matthew Lewis is from New Orleans and his food proves it. Lewis landed in Seattle after culinary school and worked in various upscale kitchens before launching Where Ya At. Matt and his crew are winning fans with a lineup of Cajun and Creole favorites: red beans and rice, gumbo, po-boys that taste as if they require at least three napkins. For something sweet at the end of your meal, Matt's beignets are served hot from the fryer, the pillowy fritters dusted in powdered sugar, tossed in a brown paper bag. Now, if they only had cafe au lait like they pour at Cafe Du Monde.
