When it comes to art supply stores, size does not matter. Although the Twin Cities is home to a couple of the much larger chain stores, itsy-bitsy Wet Paint gives them a run for their money. My favorite art supply store. Great for unique kinds of paper. They have my water-misciple oil paints in stock there.
