Not that there's anything wrong with overpriced tickets, $5 waters, and Hootie & the Blowfish reunion tours, but when Michael Swier and the Bowery Presents took over concert booking for WEBSTER HALL last August (the first show was Sonic Youth), for a second I thought the rock scene here was on the up again.
