If you've just returned from a trip to Japan, nothing this tidy little restaurant serves will get you too worked up. That said, the only sushi that sells for less in this town comes from a big chain grocery store. And while low-cost sushi makes some diners suspicious, We Be Sushi's offerings--American-style rolls, some nigiri, teriyaki-sauced entrees, and udon--give neighborhood residents who crave decent fish at affordable prices an excuse to eat out. Plus, the clever slogan ("Sushi Like Mom Used to make") is hard to resist.
