Waza Sushi and Robata Grill has a vast selection, from authentic Japanese dishes like nabeyaki udon to more Americanized fare like "Waza poppers," to more bizarre hybrids like the Nacho Libre, which claims to be Tex-Mex-Japanese. They serve both sushi and sashimi and have many specialty rolls of both, many with goofy names like "Captain Crunch," "The Bailout Plan" and "X-Men." They offer several non-sushi dishes, including salads, steak and ceviche, and more. Drinks include sake and imported Japanese beers.
