After opening in early 2011, John Stilley's Wave has made a splash in Boca Raton. Stilley, who also owns Snapper's in Boynton Beach, brought his seafood specialties down south, where cedar-plank halibut has become a quick favorite among customers. Also notable is the pistachio-crusted salmon over sweet potato mash with vanilla butter that's more like a combination of dinner and dessert all in one. Be sure to save room for the real dessert, though, as Wave offers homemade blueberry and apple pies, Key lime pies, and assorted cheesecakes.
