Breakdance crew Circle of Fire's Soul City Monday night draws serious B-boys and the occasional live percussion ensemble, while Yo! Son on Saturdays caters to the bling-and-heels set. With a central spot, urban-classy decor, and inspired bookings, the War Room stays fresher than fresh.
