Description

The Times Square branch of the W chain gets high marks for its sleek, Zen-like design; attentive staff; and its dramatic use of public spaces (like the glass-enclosed waterfall in the entranceway and the 6,000-square-foot promenade on the seventh floor lobby). Many of the 509 rooms (most of which are, unsurprisingly, on the small side) have spectacular city views and they all feature the Was famously fluffy pillow-top mattresses on the beds.
