Description
Much has been made of Voyeur's provocative, Eyes Wide Shut-inspired theme (go-go dancers here don wigs, masks and fetishistic gear and often grind on each other), but those who remember the space's former incarnation might say it's comparatively tame. (Peanuts, as it was called previously, had S&M, tranny and topless nights.) Still, this black-lacquer and leather-covered environment is as undeniably sultry as it is swanky, with plenty of private nooks for frisky behavior. The out-of-sight VIP areas make Voyeur popular with the starlet set, as does the club's "no cameras" policy. Of course, just outside of the place, stalkerazzi flashbulbs are the norm. If the sights here don't turn you on, the sips sure will: The cocktail menu includes watermelon-jalapeno-, blueberry-mint- and cucumber-olive-infused shots.
