Tourists and locals walking down Las Olas Boulevard can't help themselves from stopping and staring inside Voodka. The restaurant's interior is strewn with oversized gray couches and greco columns while glittering chandeliers provide the room with a warm glow. Yet taking a table and opening the expansive menu may surprise you. While the restaurant bills itself a “Transcontinental Brasserie” what it offers is a mashup of overpriced fare similar to what one would find at a Cheesecake Factory. There's everything from a hyper-Americanized tuna tartar – a disk on cubed tuna atop rice and avocado – as well as pasta with a truffled cream sauce and hamburgers. There's something for everyone, but with high prices there are also plenty of better options.
