Vino Volo gives “wine flight” a new meaning in this cozy spot on Concourse C at Denver International Airport. The wine lounge and restaurant – part of a national chain that won Best Airport Wine Bar from the second annual global Airport Food & Beverage Awards -- offers wines from across Colorado and around the world by the glass or in flights. It also features a wine-country menu with such dishes as locally produced artisan cheeses, dry-cured meats, smoked-salmon rolls and chorizo-and-chickpea chili, all available to eat there or carry onto the plane.
