Description

Vida Tex-Mex is adults-only, so keep that in mind before bringing the kids with you for dinner. Anyone under 16 is turned away at the door. You don't want your kids in there anyway, though, with all the paintings of naked ladies on the walls and tequila flying about. Venturing into the actual menu is a mistake, however. Keep it simple here with queso and margaritas, and you won't be disappointed.

The plate of fish tacos in front of me at Vida Tex-Mex one recent evening looked so abysmal, I was loathe to even try them. I sat and stared at them, head down, anger building in my chest. It was all I could do not to simply get up and leave.... More »
