Every workday at lunch, there's a long line that snakes out the door of Victor's, but the line moves quickly, as the staffers standing behind glass in the open-grill kitchen fill the rapid-fire orders of inexpensive, tasty burritos, tortas, tacos (soft or hard shell), and even chimichangas. Since most of those in the line are getting their food to go, there's always a place to sit, either in the small inside dining room next to the open kitchen or the much more pleasant shaded outside patio, where there are booths as well as tables. The manager calls everyone "guapo" or "guapa" (handsome and beautiful), which is nice, but the excellent carnitas are even nicer.
