Veggie Grill eschews fancy entrées or obscure Asian specialties in favor of sandwiches-classic, old-school, glorious American sandwiches, completely vegan but good enough to distract any meat-lover. And the desserts are amazing: Order eight to go!
I went with three people and had the opportunity to taste four dishes. All four were quite tasty. Here is the list ordered by preference. 1. Chickin’ Caesar Wrap $8.95 2. Papa’s Portobello $8.50 3. Bali Bliss $6.75 4. The V-Burger $8.95 I had a side of Chili. It too was quite tasty Make sure to eat the Sweet Potato Fries while warm! The dip served with the fries was delicious as well and I am not usually a fan of dips. Not sure if I would go back, a bit pricier than I prefer. If I had the money, I would eat there bi-monthly. The menu isn't diverse enough to go weekly. I went on Saturday around 5pm and there weren't too many people there. Very clean and the employees were pleasant.
The true success of a vegetarian restaurant is if you can forget you are eating at a vegetarian restaurant.
