Description

It's worth visiting Vargo's for the grounds alone, which encompass a beautiful gazebo and a large pond where ducks and geese swim while peacocks roam the sprawling three acres of land. This has long been a place for weddings and special parties. The menu is traditional, if not old-fashioned, with classics like lobster bisque, escargot, steaks, seafood and desserts like Bananas Foster, all of excellent quality. The Sunday brunch is an excellent way to get acquainted with the food.
