This restaurant needs to get shut down for health violations and sued for contract violations.
My brother recently hired V2 to cater his wedding at the Denver Cable Center at DU. The owner assured us that he could handle a wedding reception of 450 people. He could not. First of all, the owner/manager was 2 hours late for set up the day before. We had only 4 hours to set up. The service was horrendous, and the owner is an arrogant bastard with no manners. The plates and bowls were literally dirty, and he did not even provide forks for our American guests, who could not use chop sticks. There was also no plastic plates for the wedding cake, and no drinking cups (we had to buy them). The food was cold when and IF it came out at all. He had about 6 servers for 45 tables. The food did not even arrive for several tables.
If you want to hire V2 for any event, DON'T.
