Description

Chef Gio Osso may not have introduced New American cuisine to the valley, but his unique blend of sophisticated flavors and modern style have certainly upped the ante. Try the Estate House Salad, a toss of mixed greens, peppered goat cheese sformato, and toasted cashews drizzled with a candy apple vinaigrette. Move on to the Moroccan Seven Spice Grilled Lamb, served with hummus, minted eggplant, and a side of tzatziki; or the Grilled Filet Mignon, served with a Manchego potato cake, roasted garlic spinach, and Italian chile butter. House specialties include the Prosciutto and Basil Wrapped Branzino and the handmade fettuccine served with wild mushrooms, herb crema, and a white truffle oil drizzle. After dinner, drop in at Estate House's swanky upstairs lounge for a nightcap.
