It's always a nice treat to get a French 75 at Union after a long day of work with all the chefs.
This comes with a disclaimer as I used to bartend here, but no list of mine would be complete without Union. Some of the best meals I've ever had have been prepared by Ethan Stowell and his amazing stable of chefs. All of his restaurants (Tavolata, How to Cook a Wolf and Anchovies and Olives) deserve mention, but here is the place that started it all.
