Plush and dimly lit, Uncorked feels as comfortable and intimate as a good friend's living room -- assuming that friend has good taste in wine. Everything on the menu goes well with a wine flight, from glazed figs with walnuts and Stilton cheese, to savory Parmesan-Reggiano cheesecake. If you're ready to make a meal of it, the gourmet salads and flatbreads are fortifying, and there's a nice selection of sandwiches. We especially love the K.C. Sliders, with blue cheese and pancetta atop patties of ground beef, Portobello and garlic, all tucked into thick slices of focaccia.
