Uncle Ruben's Bar-B-Que is basically a shack sitting on a trailer, so there's no dine-in. You order, you wait, you get your food and you go. If that sounds like a taco truck to you, well, they've certainly embraced the aesthetic; in addition to traditional barbecue fare, they also serve tacos. Their breakfast tacos are a staple, as are their pork ribs. Located conveniently out in the middle of nowhere between the ship channel and - not kidding - a popsicle factory.
