Potrero Hill Japanese restaurant Umi keeps it fresh: The menu rotates depending on what's in season. Sample the chef's choice sashimi combination platter to taste the freshest catch of the day, or try one of the many rolls. If you're not in the mood for raw seafood, panko-breaded pork-wrapped asparagus and grilled fish are among the dinner specials. The plates are small, but always executed artfully. Wash it all down with some sake from the extensive list.
