And in Arvada, the bread's available at Udi's Bread Cafe, a restaurant that occupies a vast corner spot on a narrow Olde Town street. Those who come in to dine can order off a menu filled with sandwiches, burgers and pizza; patrons making a quick stop can order coffee and grab-and-go at the counter up front. The cafe also has a full bar, which pours ten different kinds of absinthe. After all, man does not live by bread alone.
