Description

The place is actually set inside the lobby of the Hyatt Regency. Above the seats, your eyes follow the room windows as they climb up the vertigo-inducing heights of a glass-enclosed atrium. The food can be uneven, but the pizza has a good crust that yields as easily as Play-Doh while also being as crisp as lavash. The toppings, ranging from olives and artichoke hearts to asparagus and egg, are almost beside the point-a sign of a good pizza.
