Description

As part of the Saint Anthony Main entertainment complex, Tuggs Tavern has a picturesque view of the riverfront and plenty of outdoor patio seating during nice weather. The tavern's not content to merely play up its choice location, however, and the fare is as much of an attraction. Pitchers take a backseat to towering portable "rocket" taps, and the elaborate burgers -- incorporating such elements as hash browns or bacon 'n' eggs -- defy the term "bar food."
