Tto Tto Wa Bistro is tucked away in the southwest corner of the Furneaux Creek Village Shopping Center, next to the massive H Mart storefront in Carrollton. Whatever is used in the euphoria-inducing chicken sauce here — the recipe is a well-guarded secret — it's worth whatever your drive to this suburban strip mall. Sweet, savory, spicy chicken sports skin as crisp as kettle-cooked potato chips, and the beer is cold and cheap if you're willing to drink draft. Those feeling adventurous can indulge spicy chicken paws, chewy, fried-chicken gizzards and chrysalis: small silkworm pupae she stir-fries with peppers, carrots and onions. To describe them as earthy is an understatement. The baby butterflies (moths, really) taste the way compost smells. But honestly? Chicken and beer. That's the stuff.
