CLOSED The flagship shop of a producer of acclaimed California sturgeon osetra sells its own products, plus other domestic and international caviars and smoked fish, including sturgeon and caviar. You can perch at a small U-shaped counter to enjoy caviar platters, smoked fish sandwiches, and other luxurious collations, washed down with a selection of sparkling wines available by the glass.
