Description

There are few summer treats as refreshing as a snow cone (or snowball, if you hail from Baltimore or New Orleans), and no one makes better snow cones than Tropical Moose, located next to the farmers' market in downtown Kirkwood. From early May until Labor Day, feast on finely shaved ice with syrup and, if you like, a topping of candy sprinkles. Flavors include fruits, "mocktails" and oddities like "Monkey Snot" and "Motor Oil."
