Tucked into a historic building on Wynkoop Street across from Union Station, Trios Enoteca features a substantial and frequently updated by-the-glass wine list ? plus a bottle list that comprises hundreds of selections ? and pours that wine in good crystal. The cavernous spot is dark and sexy even in the middle of the afternoon, when after-work happy-hour crowds fill the tables. Live jazz often adds sophisticated ambience at night; nooks and crannies near the back of the dark bar offer privacy for intense conversations. A sizable menu with Mediterranean influence provides sustenance, but most diners stick to tapas and pizzas to pair with the wine.
