They're not known for being exceptionally warm and fuzzy here, but the food is good and the scene is tops, especially if you're more interested in style than substance. Even with a reservation, you still may have to wait a bit, but fortunately Tramonti has a big bar that yearns for you to come over and plop a big martini atop it. Admire all the Delray Beach silicone, saline and Botox while you look over the menu and find dishes like the divine pappardelle campagnole in a light cherry tomato sauce, or the succulent scallopini filet mignon in a port wine reduction. Impress your guests by starting with the antipasto di frutti di mare -- a seafood salad made with calamari, shrimp, scungilli, and kalamata olives in a lemon vinaigrette -- or baked clams, eggplant rollatini, or grilled and smoked buffalo mozzarella. By the time your Remy Martin and Sicilian cannoli arrive, you may feel more like taking a nap than venturing out to hunt for prey, but at least one goal of the night will have been reached.
