We despaired of ever finding Vietnamese cuisine that we could cling to, until we stumbled on Chef Tottie Kaya's tradition-based Asian recipes and culinary skills. Tasty items like Pad Thai, Vietnamese egg rolls, Pork Dumplings and Shanghai Pan Fried Noodles are the order of the day at this tidy, super-friendly Asian Fusion restaurant that serves Thai, Vietnamese, Chinese and Japanese delicacies. The sushi menu offers both classic rolls and an ever-changing list of seasonal specialty items that can't be beat.
