It's high time the fish taco started getting its due, so kudos to Tortillaria for proudly proclaiming its version, which comes wrapped in delicious corn tortillas and served with generous amounts of fresh lettuce and tomato, the "Best Fish Tacos in Town." One may quibble with that assertion, but we choose not to, if only because Salina's Mexican Café, home of fish tacos to die for, is all the way out in Chesterfield, and therefore not "in town." Other noteworthy items on this counter-service eatery's menu include chiles rellenos, elote cocido (corn on the cob dressed with mayo and crumbled Cotija cheese), calabaza (grilled squash) and fried cinnamon tortillas.
