Tony?s has been around forever, serving traditional Tex-Mex favorites such as nachos and quesadillas, tacos and fajitas, burritos and combination plates in an old-fashioned setting that could do with an update. The specialty, however, is enchiladas; there are a dozen different varieties, from the traditional beef, chicken and cheese to spinach, mole chicken and seafood. Also recommended: the quail and the huge parrilla, featuring one of almost everything they grill.
