Great sushi on the west side? Hell yes. Tokyo Lobby is as good as any Scottsdale sushi spot, with a number of signature rolls that'll have you stuffin' your belly to burstin'. Sushi chef Kelvin Kim's got the trad stuff down pat, of course. But he also offers loads of wacky rolls and apps, like the Marilyn Mon-Roll, Rolls Royces Roll, the Heart Attack, and "Monkey Brains," actually a deep-fried stuffed mushroom with crab meat and spicy tuna.
