Named after Toby Keith's hit country single "I Love This Bar," this massive, 22,000-square-foot bar/restaurant, which is housed in the former Borders Books location at Northfield Stapleton, sports an 85-foot guitar-shaped bar, a ton of Keith memorabilia and a dance floor; it also serves beer in Mason jars and offers live country music five nights a week. You'll find a bevy of tank-top-sporting, Daisy Duke-wearing Whiskey Girl bartenders and waitresses at the 650-seat spot, which can get a bit rowdy on the weekends. Keith's place, part of a national chain, also serves up down-home grub, from pulled-pork sandwiches and meatloaf to Southern-fried Twinkies.

Last April inspectors found that employees were “observed not handwashing when required.” And in December 2010, employees were using bare hands to “contact ready-to-eat foods” like bacon and sliced cheese. An employee was also found with a hand/wrist wound that wasn’t covered with a bandage and glove.
