Ting Momo was Tom Douglas' gift to a longtime chef who wanted to flex her Tibetan dumpling-making muscles. The harried restaurant sometimes turns out very good bundles of meat and dough, and sometimes sticks its customers with more grease and less flavor than they're presumably seeking. But the boardinghouse-style dining room is almost always buzzing with office workers eager to lunch on yak.
