After a recent revamp, Timo's is Coconut Grove's newest happy hour destination and eclectic eatery. From the hog tamale (braised pork butt with smoking hot sauce, vegetarian available! $9) to the piggy schnitzel (breaded pork loin and lemon $9), their bar menu is a sexy mix of manly meats and creative concoctions. They serve lunch and dinner, too, plus a daily 4 to 7 p.m. happy hour. They run the gamut as far as food, from crab cakes ($16) and braised mussels ($16) to beef carpacchio ($15) and shredded Latin pork ($16).
