Description

Scenesters love dropping by this strip mall drinking den on the south side of Mill Avenue, as do college kids, frat cats, local musicians, or anyone looking for an alcoholic escape. What's the appeal? Cheap booze ($2.50 bottled domestics and $6 pitchers) for one, as well as plenty of cheap thrills (including numerous arcade games and pool tables), and plenty of opportunities for people-watching. It's also spacious, with a slew of comfy booths and couches where you can perch with friends while soaking up the shabby-chic dive atmosphere and earning hipster cred.

This is a fairly good punk-rock dive bar. It has a pretty unique and diverse jukebox, mostly consentrating on punk music. It has a few pool tables, dart boards, video games and pin ball games. It has a nice retro feel and cheap drinks. A good place to kick back.

The epitome of dive bar. This place has cheap pitchers and bartenders who will tell it like it is. It's right in the heart of Tempe's neighborhoods, so it's a great spot to walk to, have a few too many, then make the walk home.
