Description

The Swinery's deli is nicknamed "The Inner Sanctum". You do not need a secret password to be admitted. Just a big appetite. There, customers can choose the daily sandwich special or select some of the cured meats, terrines or pate. The menu is a moving target, though often focuses on updating classics. The BLT is smeared with chicken liver pate for instance. Smoked chicken and ribs sell out in a fiery flash.
